Michael Killian
Managing Director
Michael has nearly 30 years of design, construction, and project management experience, the majority of which has been focused exclusively on his specialty: healthcare real estate development. Michael is passionate about healthcare, project management, and leading teams.
Highlights of Michael’s career include management of replacement hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and on-campus additions and renovations. He has successfully managed over $1 billion worth of healthcare real estate projects, delivering projects from inception through completion within budget.
A licensed Professional Engineer, Michael’s Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 2005 complements his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
