KPM is providing Owner Representative Services for the New Roper Hospital Medical Campus.  This transformational project is relocating the RSFH main campus from the peninsula of Charleston to the City of North Charleston.  The project is considered one of the largest healthcare projects on the East Coast.

KPM is providing Owner Representative services for the Roper St. Francis Healthcare Berkeley Hospital Expansion and new MOB.  Opened in 2019, Berkeley Hospital quickly realized the need for additional bed capacity in their rapidly growing community of Berkeley County.
