New Roper Hospital Medical Campus

KPM is providing Owner Representative Services for the New Roper Hospital Medical Campus.  This transformational project is relocating the RSFH main campus from the peninsula of Charleston to the City of North Charleston.  The project is considered one of the largest healthcare projects on the East Coast.  Project elements include:

• A new 300+ bed, 750,000 square foot hospital
• A new 230,000 square foot medical office building and ambulatory center
• Associated parking and site development on the 19+ acre site
